What is your return policy?
Our return policy is as follows: If you receive a product that is damaged or not working properly, please provide us with the serial number and order number, and we will arrange for the return of the goods and issue a refund accordingly. Additionally, if you cancel your order before shipment, we will process a refund for you.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please send an email to support@mymaasc.in with the order number, serial number of the product, and the reason for the return. We'll take care of the rest for you!
How long does it take to process a return?
We typically process returns within a week of receiving them.
What if my return is not accepted?
If we do assess that the product is not damaged due to us or the transportation, we could refuse the return. In that case we will not proceed to the refund.

What is your cancellation policy for powered air purifier respirator orders?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to accept any cancellations. To initiate cancellation, please send an email to mymaasc@detwerk.com with the order number, serial number of the product, and the reason for the return. We'll take care of the rest for you!
